Christ Community Church is about just that, Community.

VISION & VALUES

To effectively accomplish our God given mission for this community, we believe He has given us a vision to become a Christ centered, intergenerational, multiethnic, and grace oriented congregation.

MISSIONAL VALUES

  1. Welcome all people as we become one with Christ
  2. Share Christ in our spheres of influence.
  3. Mentor disciples who embody Christ
  4. Strengthen community partnerships that offer hope, especially the hope of Christ.

We believe these values will become characteristic of those who desire to authentically follow Christ, because these values reflect the mission God gave His son Jesus Christ.

Glenn and Kathy Bloom

glenn2

Glenn and Kathy Bloom are Christ Community's own missionaries. You can find them on Wednesday's with the ReGen Group or on Sunday's at the Reservation.

Glenn has been in middle-senior high youth ministry for over thirty years. Along with weekly meetings, Glenn and Kathy mentor and disciple young people by spending time with them, doing life together. They attend youth conferences, seminars, remain in constant contact answering questions, and always point to God's Word for life’s answers.

Glenn is a missionary Lead Pastor at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church on the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation, as well as the Missionary Youth Director at Christ Community Church in Lockport, NY. Glenn also speaks at banquettes, conferences, and men’s meetings.

Kathy is very involved in music ministry in Lockport and at the Cattaraugus Reservation. She also speaks at ladies' luncheons and conferences. Together they minister to Native American youth by taking them to Ron Hutchcraft’s annual Warrior Leadership Summit in Illinois. There are many churches from the Reservations that call to ask for help with outreach. Many doors are being opened to reach teens on the Cattaraugus Reservation as well. They also are the directors of the Annual Fellowship of Indian Churches Retreat. Both Kathy and Glenn love to serve the body of Christ and see the lost come to salvation in Christ!

Good News Jail Ministry

Good News Jail & Prison Ministry - Niagara County, NY is the local chapter of Good News Jail & Prison Ministry active in the Niagara County Jail in Lockport, New York.

It all starts with our mission: Placing Christian chaplains in jails and prisons to minister to the spiritual needs of inmates and staff. Good News has developed several practical, life-giving  programs that introduce inmates and staff to Christ and help them grow in their knowledge of Him and His Word.
